By accessing or using Triisum Eco (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Service — including all source code, software, designs, layouts, user interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data models, and the "Triisum" and "Triisum Eco" names and marks (collectively, the "Materials") — is the exclusive property of Triisum and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

All rights are reserved. No part of the Materials is licensed or assigned to you. Nothing in these Terms or in the public visibility of any related source repository grants you any right, title, or interest in the Materials.

3. Prohibited Use

Except with Triisum's prior express written permission, you may not:

• copy, clone, fork, reproduce, store, scrape, or harvest any part of the Materials;
• use, run, deploy, host, or commercialize the Materials or any derivative of them;
• modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works;
• distribute, sublicense, resell, or otherwise make the Materials available to others;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended, lawful purpose only. This right may be withdrawn at any time.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, eco-task proof photos). You grant Triisum a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Points, levels, and carbon estimates are provided for engagement and informational purposes and may change.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triisum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
